What this website uses
Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The public portfolio is retrieved from Supabase. Administrator sign-in uses Supabase authentication and browser session storage.
When you contact us
We use the name, contact information and project details you send to answer your enquiry and manage requested work. The quote planner opens a WhatsApp message; it does not submit a form to our database. Only include information you are comfortable sharing with WhatsApp.
Optional live chat
tawk.to is loaded only after you choose “Load live chat”. It may process chat content, technical information and cookies under its own privacy policy. You can use email or WhatsApp instead. To stop future chat requests, reload the page without enabling chat; cookies already set can be cleared in your browser settings.
Service providers & overseas processing
Vercel, Supabase and the contact provider you choose may process information outside Fiji. Their hosting locations, safeguards and retention terms differ. External portfolio images may also make requests to their image host. We do not include advertising trackers or analytics in this release.
Your choices
Ask us about access, correction or deletion of information you sent us. We may need to verify your identity. We keep enquiry and business records only as needed for the purpose and applicable obligations; contact us for the retention period relevant to your record.
