Why choose Aura instead of setting email up myself?
Choose Aura if you want one local contact to explain the plan, connect your domain, help with the first device and troubleshoot. If you already manage email infrastructure confidently, compare the provider features and support you actually need.
Do I need a website?
No. Custom email needs a domain name, but you do not need a website. If you don’t have a domain, we can discuss registration and its cost.
Can I use my existing domain?
Usually, yes. We check access to your domain settings and any existing email service before making changes.
Is the monthly price per mailbox?
It is per package for your business. Solo includes 1 account and 2 GB; Business includes up to 3 accounts sharing 5 GB; Team includes up to 10 accounts sharing 12 GB.
Does this include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
No. Do not assume office apps, Teams, Google Drive or third-party licences are included. Ask us if those tools are required so we can discuss a suitable option.
What if I need more storage?
Contact us before your package fills up. We quote an upgrade and confirm capacity before making changes. Extra storage is not automatically included.
Can I move existing email?
We first check the old provider, access and volume of mail. Migration and any charges are agreed separately before changing your email routing.
